progression of an illness. Curing a physical illness, however, does not
necessarily mean that the emotional and psychological stressed that were
a part of the illness were also alleviated.

With
Yoga Therapy, we want to heal. These sessions assist in working out chronic,
emotional and mental pain through guided meditation and supported yoga
postures. You do not have to have any yoga background or exercise regimen
to experience this form of yoga. You will be guided into the resources
deep within to heal yourself and create the changes needed in your life.
Jennifer is a remarkably effective teacher, acutely sensitive to the subtleties
of the body's search to be open, free, present and equally attuned to
the soul driving and peeking through those subtleties.

Rates for Yoga Therapy & Private Sessions:
- 8 sessions - $380
- 4 sessions - $200
- Per Session - $55/hr
* Studio Members get a 10% discount
Rates beginning September, 2010:
- 8 sessions - $400
- 4 sessions - $220
- Per Session - $65/hr
Yoga Therapy Restrictions and Cancellations Policies 
Restrictions & Cancellation Policies:
- Appointments are non-refundable without a 24-hour cancellation notice
- All non-packaged appointments also must be pre-paid
- All packages must be used in 4 months or they expire
What happens at my private Yoga Therapy session? 
Your
first appointment will be an overall consultation of what your intentions
for your sessions are and will last for about an hour. You may be asked
questions regarding your medical and physical history. Your appointments
are private and confidential, unless you feel you need the support of
a loved one with you. You will be taken through a few gentle breath and
posture exercises to help assist in designing your future class sessions.
Please dress comfortably in loose fitting clothing and do not eat for
at least an hour before your session.
