My journey of learning, studying, teaching and practicing yoga has been the most profound experience of my life. I have met so many people who have taken this practice and changed their lives because of it. My passion for teaching has allowed me the energy to create a 200 hour teacher training program for Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to start this spring! Many thanks and gratitude to those who have helped this dream come true; especially my two test students and first soon to be graduates Jeanette and Liza, who have made this year of hard work as fun as possible! The journey and awakening is just beginning and I hope some of you can join me this spring at the beautiful space I am renting for us, out in nature where it all begins.

Ardha Matsyendrasana/Sages Twist
Twists allow us to open up the thoracic spine and wring the soft tissues and internal organs allowing for a great feeling of rejuvination after releasing this pose. When I allow myself to release and open I can "bind" the hands, allowing for a deeper twist. This pose is one of my favorites when I detox or want to feel happy!

Halasana/Plow Pose
I read somewhere once that you can lengthen the spine by 15% when performing this pose! I love the way my neck feels in this pose, it feels totally stretched. I always take a shoulderstand before or after this pose, and leave feeling my third eye opened and sublime!
