"The
ConsciousNest was envisioned by Rebecca Barbarino and Allyson
Harris in late 2005 as means for them to bring knowledge, healing
and community to the people of the Cleveland area and, ultimately,
the World.
Our Institution hosts a variety of classes, seminars, and workshops
that inter-relate, thus nurturing the soul as well as the mind
and body.
We look forward to offering substance and truth to our students
by allowing them the opportunity to engage with teachers from
many disciplines and studies, thus allowing them the tools to
help them blossom and grow at their own pace. Classes are small and friendly, in an envrionment that is both
home-like, yet scholastic. Like the Yin-Yang symbol, we are offering a true balance for
you."
